We are excited to start Northlands HOA next week, a large scale HOA community in Peoria Arizona. With over 70 acres of beautiful common area landscape, our team will be busy! We’ll be installing Weathermatic smart controllers to help them better manage their water usage, and will be focusing on the creation of a long term landscape management plan, to continue increasing the value of their community!
