Our homes are our largest investments and the ability to maintain the value of our homes is imperative. At ProQual Landscaping we understand that when someone becomes a homeowner, they have not only made an investment in their individual residence but have in fact made an investment in the Homeowners Association in which it is located. It is our mission to collaborate with the Associations that we service to develop short and long term programs that will:- Preserve and nurture the original landscape
- Conserve the costs and resources associated with managing the common elements and amenities
- Realize the cost savings associated with a well developed management plan and utilize them to improve and enhance the property
- Sustain and increase the property value of the Association and ultimately their private residence
Our full range of services for Homeowners Associations is:
- Routine maintenance of common areas including water auditing and management, weed control, turf management, tree care and detail management
- Added value services such as backflow testing and repair, pest control, tree trimming and management programs, enhancement services and budget planning services
- Partnering as a Communication resource by being available for Board, Annual and Committee meetings
- Education opportunities for Community Managers, Board Members and Individual Homeowners through seminars, newsletter and website articles and informational flyers for all aspects of landscaping
- Community involvement where we assist the Associations we manage and the community on a whole with projects that will maintain and enhance their property values
